Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Numerology API (“Service”), provided By Dakidarts®, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
The service provides RESTful numerology, horoscope, astrology and compatibility endpoints for entertainment, educational and informational purposes, including Life Path, Destiny/Expression, Karmic Debt/Lessons, personal cycles, horoscope data, compatibility and related calculations.
API Access and Registration
To access the API, create an account through the enterprise dashboard or RapidAPI, provide accurate registration data, secure your API keys, meet age/consent requirements and comply with applicable law.
API Keys
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared with unauthorized parties.
- You are responsible for activity under your keys.
- Unauthorized use should be reported promptly.
- Keys may be revoked for Terms violations.
Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Build personal or commercial applications/services.
- Integrate numerology calculations into products.
- Cache API responses for up to 24 hours for performance optimization.
- Display API results to end users.
Prohibited Uses
- Reselling/redistributing the API as a standalone service.
- Reverse engineering or extracting source code.
- Circumventing authentication or limits.
- Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, spam, harassment or privacy-violating use.
- Systematic scraping/harvesting of all API data.
- Overloading or disrupting infrastructure.
- Removing attribution/copyright notices or sharing keys with unauthorized third parties.
Plans, Pricing and Billing
Enterprise Gateway
The direct gateway uses pay-as-you-go one-time credit top-ups rather than recurring subscriptions. The core conversion is 1 USD = 3,921.57 credits and one standard API call = one credit = $0.000255. Current listed packs include Starter ($5 / 19,610 credits; $10 Go / 39,217), Standard ($25 / 98,050; $50 Go / 196,100), Power ($100 / 392,200; $200 Go / 784,500), and Business ($300 / 1,177,000; $500 Go / 1,970,000).
RapidAPI Marketplace
RapidAPI plans use separate marketplace billing and may have Free, Basic, Pro and higher-volume tiers with distinct rate limits and terms.
Billing and Credit Activity
Direct credits are consumed by request. The current policy states credits remain valid while the account is active and expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity; see the Refund Policy for validity and reinstatement details. RapidAPI billing follows RapidAPI's marketplace terms.
Fair Use
High-concurrency infrastructure has no hard rate limits on the direct gateway but still expects reasonable retry/backoff behavior, sensible caching, no artificial stress traffic without prior arrangement, and no resource use that degrades service for others. The platform may throttle or suspend activity inconsistent with fair use.
RapidAPI Rate Limits
Marketplace plans may apply request, concurrency and burst limits; exceeding them can lead to throttling, HTTP 429 responses or suspension.
Intellectual Property Rights
The API, documentation, original content, trademarks and trade dress remain protected property. Users retain ownership of submitted data while granting the processing rights needed to provide the service. API results may be displayed/used in applications, but bulk redistribution of raw API data is prohibited.
Data Privacy and Security
Account/authentication data, usage logs, payment information and cookies are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Users must protect credentials and should report vulnerabilities responsibly to support [@] numerologyapi.com.
Service Availability and Support
The Terms state an uptime target of at least 99.8%, with scheduled maintenance announced in advance and no uptime guarantee for free-tier use. Documentation is available on docs.numerologyapi.com, email support is available at support [@] numerologyapi.com, GitHub is used for issues, and higher tiers may receive priority support.
Service Modifications
The service may modify/discontinue features, update endpoints/parameters, change pricing or improve the platform. The live Terms state at least 30 days notice for breaking changes.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, reliability, completeness, uninterrupted operation or error-free service.
Numerology Disclaimer
Numerological calculations are for entertainment, educational and informational purposes and should not be treated as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, a basis for critical life decisions without professional consultation, or guaranteed predictions/outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Terms limit liability for indirect/incidental/consequential damages; total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before a claim; third-party disruptions are outside platform responsibility; and users assume risks associated with use.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Dakidarts®, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims/losses arising from misuse, Terms violations, third-party-rights violations or applications built on the API.
Termination
Users may terminate through the dashboard/RapidAPI, support or by ceasing usage. Access may be suspended/terminated for policy violations, suspicious/fraudulent activity, legal requirements or service discontinuation. Upon termination, access is revoked, use must cease, and purchased credits/prepaid fees are not refunded.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of Cameroon without regard to conflict-of-law principles. They describe informal resolution first, binding arbitration, class-action waiver and a small-claims option.
General Provisions
The Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the agreement; unenforceable provisions may be severed; non-enforcement is not a waiver; users may not assign without consent; and force-majeure circumstances can excuse delays/failures beyond reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
Changes may take effect on posting for non-material updates, after 30 days notice for material updates, or immediately for legal/security reasons. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
API-Specific Terms
- Respect RapidAPI rate-limit headers where applicable.
- Implement exponential backoff for retries.
- Cache appropriately to reduce redundant requests.
- When displaying results publicly, include “Powered by The Numerology API” or similar attribution and link back when feasible.
Third-Party Services
RapidAPI handles its marketplace billing/subscription terms. Google Analytics and GitHub may be used for analytics/documentation/community functions as described in the Privacy Policy.
