Trust Center FAQs

How often is the status feed refreshed?

The trust feed returns a cache hint so public pages can refresh on short intervals without over-polling the dashboard host.

Is this trust endpoint billable?

No. The public trust feed is website-facing telemetry only and is excluded from billable production API traffic.

Where should production API traffic go?

Use https://api.numerologyapi.com for billable production workloads. Trust telemetry and website-facing status data are served from https://dashboard.numerologyapi.com.

How are incidents classified?

Incidents are derived from health probe failure runs and tagged by impact level such as minor, warning, or critical.

Can enterprise teams request incident reports?

Yes. Contact the team through procurement or support to request deeper incident context, private reporting, or legal review artifacts.

How do we request a DPA?

Use the DPA request action above and include your legal entity name, contracting region, and target signature timeline.

How do we submit a security questionnaire?

Send your questionnaire to the published procurement email and include the buying team or legal contacts participating in review.

Do you support private infrastructure discussions?

Yes. Private or SLA-backed enterprise deployment discussions are handled through the same procurement and contact path.
