The official Terms published on `docs.numerologyapi.com` apply and are not overridden by this website version. If there is any conflict, the docs-hosted terms control.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Numerology API, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

The Numerology API provides numerology and horoscope REST endpoints, including life path, destiny/expression metrics, compatibility, cycle readings, and related astrology data.

Account and API Access

• Direct platform properties: `api.numerologyapi.com`, `dashboard.numerologyapi.com`, and `docs.numerologyapi.com`.
• Authentication is performed with API keys sent via `X-API-Key`.
• You are responsible for protecting credentials and all activity performed with your API key(s).
• We may suspend or rotate keys for abuse, security risk, or policy violations.

Pricing and Billing

• Direct infrastructure core conversion model: 1 USD = 3,921.57 credits (1 API call = 1 credit = $0.0002550).
• Usage is deducted per request under applicable limits and policies.
• Marketplace channels (including RapidAPI) may apply separate plans, billing, and limits under their own terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not bypass rate limits, abuse infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not resell the API as a standalone competing service without written authorization.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or privacy-violating activity.

Availability and Changes

We continually improve the service and may modify endpoints, limits, or features. We aim to provide reasonable notice for material breaking changes.

Intellectual Property

The API, branding, documentation, and related assets remain the property of Dakidarts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Numerology outputs are informational and should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinued offerings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, unless otherwise required by non-waivable local consumer law.
